วงเมทัลระดับตำนานอย่าง Slipknot ได้ฤกษ์ปล่อยซิงเกิลใหม่ล่าสุดที่มีชื่อว่า Arsenal ออกมาให้แฟน ๆ ได้ฟังกันแล้ว โดยนี่ถือเป็นผลงานเพลงใหม่ชิ้นแรกนับตั้งแต่การเข้ามาของมือกลองคนใหม่อย่าง Eloy Casagrande รวมถึงมือคีย์บอร์ดที่ยังไม่เปิดเผยตัวตน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการทำเพลงโดยปราศจากสมาชิกเก่าอย่าง Sid Wilson และมือคีย์บอร์ดแซมเพลอร์ Craig Jones อีกด้วย
เพลง Arsenal ถือเป็นเพลงใหม่ชิ้นแรกของ Slipknot ที่ถูกปล่อยออกมานับตั้งแต่อัลบั้ม The End, So Far ในปี 2022 และอีพีแนวทดลอง Adderall ในปี 2023 นอกจากนี้ในช่วงต้นปีที่ผ่านมา พวกเขาเพิ่งจะปล่อยผลงานเพลงที่เคยดองไว้จากยุคอัลบั้ม All Hope Is Gone ในปี 2008 ออกมาให้แฟนเพลงได้หายคิดถึงภายใต้โปรเจกต์ Look Outside Your Window อีกด้วย
สำหรับเนื้อเพลงของ Arsenal มีท่อนที่ดุเดือดและสะท้อนตัวตนของวงออกมาได้อย่างชัดเจน ดังนี้
